Resetting Qualtrics Password

Issue/Question

When I try to sign into Qualtrics I get an error message that says: 

User account is disabled, or Your password is incorrect.

Environment

  • Qualtrics

Resolution

  1. Go to this page on the Qualtrics site.
  2. Click Forgot your password?
  3. Type your WKU email address.
  4. Click Send reset email.
If resetting your password does not work, or the account is disabled, please contact the ITS Service Desk or submit a service request.
