I am a faculty/staff member and I just got a new computer. How do I get it installed?

Resolution
- Check to see if your computer already has an Inventory Control Number (ICN).
- If the ICN cannot be located, see the related article Obtaining an Inventory Control Number for more information.
- Note: Some computers are shipped with an Inventory Control Number (ICN) and it is not necessary to contact Inventory Control.
- Once the computer has an ICN, please contact the ITS Service Desk or submit a service request by clicking the Request Service button.
