Why request this service?

Affiliates, Faculty, Staff, and Students may utilize this request if you need any ITS assistance regarding computers and devices. Some examples include:

  • Device install or operating system refresh.
  • Request recycled computer.
  • Purchasing information (ex., WKU-owned or personally-owned).
  • Transfer a WKU-owned device to a new user.
  • Report computer performance issue.
  • Report issue in student technology center / computer lab.
  • Surplus one or more devices.
  • Request monitors, keyboard, cables, or other peripheral.
  • Report TopperTech loaner laptop issues (make reservations here).
