Refreshing a WKU Computer

Issue/Question

I have a WKU computer that I need to have refreshed to a default configuration. How do I request that service?

Environment

• WKU-Owned Computers

Cause

The computer needs to be refreshed for a new employee, an employee leaving WKU, or per employee's desire to have data removed. 

Resolution

Please contact the ITS Service Desk or submit a service request by clicking the Request Service button.
