How do I limit who can use a Mac to a specific department?
Environment
Cause
By default, anyone with an active WKU NetID account can log into a macOS computer, giving them access to software already installed and the ability to download and edit files. To prevent unauthorized use, logins can be restricted to specific departments.
Resolution
To enable this restriction, please contact the ITS Service Desk or submit a service request by clicking the Request Service button.
