How do I keep my student worker's Banner account from expiring?
Cause
Student workers can have Banner accounts starting with s_ versus Faculty/Staff accounts starting with u_.
These expire periodically and managers of these student Banner accounts will receive email notification of when they will expire.
Resolution
Before the account expires, the manager of the student Banner account needs to submit a service request by clicking the Request Service button.
