Issue/Question

I have received a new phone number since I enrolled with the Duo app. What should I do?

Resolution

These instructions should only be followed if you are unable to complete this process for self-service. If you are unable to use the self-service due to only having Duo configured on one device that you no longer have access to, please complete the process below. 

WKU ITS will have to enroll you into Duo again. Please submit an online request or contact the ITS Service Desk to start this process.
