How do I delete a folder from Production?
Environment
Resolution
Do not delete your site folder. For example, if your site is http://www.wku.edu/ou-campus, do not delete the ou-campus folder.
- Navigate to the page in question.
- Log into Web CMS.
- Navigate to the folder you wish to delete.
- Make sure you are in Production view.
- Select Delete for the folder you wish to delete.
- Enter delete to confirm the deletion of the folder in the text box provided.
- Click Delete.
If you need to have that folder removed, the Main Site Contact should contact the ITS Service Desk or submit a service request by clicking the Request Service button.
