Issue/Question
I'm an alum, but I don't have a WKU email address. How do I get one?
Cause
Alumni email accounts are no longer provisioned by request.
Resolution
Following graduation, WKU ITS will convert the email accounts of degree-awarded students into alumni email accounts. Alumni email accounts remain active so long as interactive log in activity occurs at least once every 6 months. Once removed due to inactivity, an Alumni email account cannot be recreated.
