Requesting Alumni Email Account

Issue/Question

I'm an alum, but I don't have a WKU email address. How do I get one?

Environment

• WKU Email

Cause

Alumni email accounts are no longer provisioned by request. Following graduation, WKU will convert the email accounts of degree-awarded students to alumni email accounts. Alumni email accounts will remain active as long as there is interactive log in activity in a 6 month period.

Once removed due to inactivity, an Alumni email may not be recreated.

Resolution

Please contact the ITS Service Desk to request your account creation.
