When will I get a WKU email account?

Resolution

Student email accounts are automatically created for students within 24 hours of being admitted to WKU.

WKU Employee email accounts are created upon completion of hiring from WKU Human Resources. 

If you need assistance, please contact the ITS Service Desk or submit a service request by clicking the Request Service button.
