How do I move to the next modules within the Blackboard Ultra Training?
Resolution
The ITS: Blackboard Ultra Training navigation is subject to Release Conditions which dictate that additional content becomes available as modules are completed. Modules are generally completed by obtaining a passing score for each module assessment.
When the conditions for one content area of the course are met, the next module will become available for the user to complete.
Upon successfully completing all required modules, you must click on the final course link titled ITS: Training Completion to complete the training, in order to be granted access to Faculty Tools. Upon doing this, you will receive an email confirming your Blackboard training has been completed successfully.
