How do I gain access to the Faculty Tools tab?
Resolution
In order to gain access to the Faculty Tools tab in Blackboard you must self-enroll in the ITS: Blackboard Ultra Training. You must pass each module quiz with a 90% or better. Upon successfully completing the training, a new section will appear. You must click on the Course Completed button in order to be granted access to Faculty Tools. After doing this, you will receive an email confirming that your Blackboard training was completed successfully.
