Finding ID and PIN for Student Worker Account

Issue/Question

I don't know my login ID and/or PIN for my student worker TopNet advisor account.

Environment

• Student Worker
  • TopNet
    • Advisors & Student Data Inquiry

Cause

Student workers can have TopNet accounts that start with ST and end with the last 7-digits of their WKUID (e.g., ST1234567) for accessing the Advisors & Student Data Inquiry area.

Resolution

Please contact the ITS Service Desk if you are unable to log into your Student Worker TopNet account.
