My student worker TopNet advisor account is going to expire soon. What do I do?
Cause
Student workers can have TopNet accounts that start with ST and end with the last 7-digits of their WKUID (e.g., ST1234567). These accounts expire periodically. The managers of these student TopNet accounts will receive an email notifying them of when they are going to expire.
Resolution
Before the account expires, the manager of the student TopNet account needs to fill out this service request to have the account renewed. If the account has already expired you must fill out this service request to have the account renewed.
