My student worker Banner account is going to expire soon. What do I do?
Cause
Student workers can have Banner accounts that start with s_ versus Faculty/Staff accounts that start with u_. These accounts expire periodically. The managers of these student Banner accounts will receive an email notifying them of when they are going to expire.
Resolution
Before the account expires, the manager of the student Banner account needs to fill out this service request to have the account renewed.
