Why request this service?

Faculty, Staff, and Students may utilize this request if you need any ITS assistance regarding Banner related systems that include programming/database updates, reports, or access. Some examples include:

  • Request involving a login or usage issue.
  • Request involving new faculty schedule preparation activation.
  • Request involving student worker employment or student advisor.
  • Request involving advising activation.
  • Request involving Banner and/or Banner Finance access.
    Note: If your request involves access to both Banner and TopNet, please only submit a Banner request.
  • Request involving Banner Index Number rights modification.
  • Request involving a change in purchasing / budget approval queue.
  • Request involving finance crosswalk (indexes).
  • Request involving access to Student & Advisor and Data Inquiry tab.
  • Request involving students, employees or vendors with multiple WKUIDs.
  • Request involving Slate changes including modification to the sync process.
    Note: For Slate access change requests, please submit a request to Enrollment Marketing & CRM Solutions.
  • Request involving Programming Services such as creating/modifying reports, and mass updates of data.
