Instructions for downloading form submissions to be viewed as a spreadsheet through Modern Campus CMS.

How do I download all form submissions to view?

Resolution

When users complete a form created with the Form Asset and leave the Save Results box checked, the results or their form submission are sent to the form submission database. To export the form submission list view results to an external spreadsheet complete the following steps:

1. From the top navigation, select Content > Assets.
2. Locate the Form by name using the Filter input.
3. Expand the  options menu to the right of your form name.
4. Select Review > Form Submissions.
5. Click the Export CSV button to begin downloading the spreadsheet. 

Note: Clicking Delete All permanently clears the submissions, and cannot be undone.
