Changing Student Email Multi Factor Authentication Phone Number

Issue/Question

I need to change the phone number associated with my student email's multi factor authentication.

Cause

Access to the current phone number is no longer possible. 

Resolution

If you need to change the phone number associated with multi-factor authentication on a student email account, please contact the ITS Service Desk or submit a service request by clicking the Request Service button.
