How do I reset my Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for my WKU Email Account?

Resolution

If you've gotten a new phone, factory reset your phone, or deleted the app you will need your MFA reset by WKU ITS before you can enroll again.

To reset MFA for your WKU Email Account, please contact the ITS Service Desk or submit a service request by clicking the Request Service button.
