Accessing Lab Printers Outside of Semester Timeframes

I need to use a WKU lab printer outside of a normal semester time frame due to circumstances like a camp, workshop, or conference. How do I request access?

Cause

The annual print allotment has not yet been dispersed as the event is taking place outside of a normal semester time frame.
