Why request this service?

Affiliates, Faculty, Staff, and Students may utilize this request if you need any ITS assistance regarding printers. Some examples include:

  • Cannot print.
  • Order supplies (ex., toner, staples, maintenance kit).
  • Printer installation.
  • Printer relocation or decommission.
  • Student print allocation.
  • Toner pick-up for recycling.
  • Anything else related to printing.

Note: MPS printers display a low toner alert at 10% remaining. Ricoh is notified via their monitoring system and automatically dispatches the on-site technician with a replacement cartridge at 5%.
