How do I order supplies for our printer?

Resolution

Managed Print Service (MPS) Ricoh Printer

MPS printers display a low toner alert at 10% remaining. Ricoh is notified via their monitoring system and automatically dispatches the on-site technician with a replacement cartridge at 5%.

Please contact the ITS Service Desk or submit a service request by clicking the Request Service button.

Non-Managed Printer

University funds cannot be used to purchase printer toner outside the MPS program. If you have a non-MPS printer that is out of toner, please contact the ITS Service Desk to discuss getting moved over to managed print.
