How can I make sure that an email address or domain is not marked as junk?

Environment

  • Outlook Web Access

Resolution

  1. Sign into OWA.
  2. Select Settings  in the top-right corner.
  3. Select View all Outlook settings towards the bottom.
  4. Expand Mail. 
  5. Select Junk email.
  6. Locate the Safe senders and domains header.
  7. Review listed email addresses and domains.
