How do I stop email addresses or domains (eg. topper.wku.edu) from going into my junk folder?
Environment
Outlook Web Access
Resolution
Log into
OWA
.
Select
Settings
in the upper-right corner.
Select
View all Outlook settings
towards the bottom.
Expand
Mail
.
Select
Junk email
.
Locate the
Safe Senders and domains
header.
Select
Add
.
Enter the domain or email address, then press the
Enter
key.
Click
Save
.
