Receiving User Is Not Authorized to Post With Entered Rule Class Error

Issue/Question

When creating a journal voucher in FGAJVCQ through Banner I get the following error message: 

User is not authorized to post with the entered Rule Class. 

Environment

• Banner

Resolution

There is a known error with the FGAJVCQ form; as a workaround, use FGAJVCD or FGAJVCM instead.
