Issue/Question

How do I recover a window I accidentally moved off-screen?

Environment

  • Windows 11 

Resolution

  1. Hover cursor over application's icon on the task bar to cause a preview window to appear. 
  2. Right Click the preview window. 
  3. Select Move
    Note: Nothing will appear to happen, this is normal.
  4. Press any keyboard ARROW (, , , or ) key.
  5. The missing window will lock to your mouse cursor, adjust the window position as needed.
  6. Left Click to confirm the position.
