Maximized Screen Will Not Move

Issue/Question

I can't move a window if it is maximized.

Environment

• Windows 11

Resolution

1. Click the Windows  button. 
2. Type Control Panel.
3. Press Enter.
4. Select Category in the View by: sorting option in the upper-right corner.
5. Click Ease of Access.
6. Click Change how your mouse works.
7. Uncheck Prevent Windows from being automatically arranged when moved to the edge of the screen.
8. Click Apply.
9. Click OK.
