Receiving Let's Keep Your Account Secure Message

Issue/Question

When trying to login to a WKU System with my email, I receive the following error message:

Let's keep your account secure.

Cause

Microsoft Authenticator application must be configured for multi-factor authentication.

Resolution

• If you have not setup Microsoft Authenticator app, please follow these instructions.
• If you had previously setup the Outlook app for multi-factor authentication, you must use Microsoft Authenticator. Please follow these instructions.
