Disabling or Enabling Zoom AI Companion

Issue/Question

How do I disable or enable the AI Companion feature within Zoom?

Cause

Zoom now offers an integrated AI Companion feature that is enabled by default.

Resolution

Zoom Desktop Client

1. Open Zoom Workplace and log into your WKU-Licensed Zoom Account.
2. Click Settings in top right.
3. In General tab, click View more settings .
4. Your account settings should open in a browser window.
5. In General tab, toggle AI Companion panel in Zoom Workplace to off or on.

Zoom for Web

1. Log into your WKU-Licensed Zoom Account via wku.zoom.us.
2. Click Settings.
3. In General tab, toggle AI Companion panel in Zoom Workplace to off or on.
