When signing into your WKU Account on a personally-owned device (Windows or Microsoft 365), you may receive the following message or error:
Your organization has disabled this device.
Error code 135011.
Environment
Cause
Your device has been disabled. Access to WKU services on the device may be restricted.
Resolution
Contact the ITS Service Desk for assistance with enabling your device.
