I receive a "This site can't be reached" error when running a Banner Finance report.

ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR
Environment
Cause
The Adobe Acrobat browser extension can cause Banner Finance reports to fail and produce this error. Disabling this extension or using an incognito browser window will allow the report to run.
Resolution
Please follow these instructions to disable the Adobe Acrobat browser extension. You should be able to run the report afterwards.
If you are still unable to run the report after disabling the extension and have verified that you have the needed access to run the report, please contact the ITS Service Desk or submit a service request by clicking the Request Service button.
