  • macOS

Resolution

  1. Ensure the program is not open or running.
    Note: You may Force Quit by right clicking on the program icon and choosing Force Quit.    
  2. Locate the program within the Applications folder in Finder.
  3. Select the program and drag this item to the Trash Bin on your dock.
  4. Double-click the Trash Bin to open and choose Empty.
