Receiving Address Was Not Understood Error

Issue/Question

When clicking the create recording button, I receive a message saying the address was not understood.

Environment

  • Firefox
    • Mediasite

Resolution

  1. Ensure you meet the Mediasite viewing requirements.
  2. Uninstall and reinstall the Mediasite Mosaic software.
