How can I troubleshoot a monitor that is not displaying?
Resolution
- Check to see if the power and display cables are connected securely and are not damaged.
- View display settings to see if monitors are being detected.
- Cycle through the display inputs.
- Try a different display cable or HMDI cable.
- Restart the machine.
If the monitors are still not displaying, please contact the ITS Service Desk or submit a service request by clicking the Request Service button.
