Issue/Question

How can I troubleshoot a monitor that is not displaying?

Resolution

  1. Check to see if the power and display cables are connected securely and are not damaged.
  2. Cycle through the display inputs.
  3. Restart the machine.
  4. If the monitor still does not display please contact the ITS Service Desk or submit a service request by clicking the Request Service button.
