Issue/Question
When I attempt to log in to a lab or classroom computer I receive the error:
There are currently no logon servers available to service the login request.
What can I do to log in?
Environment
Resolution
- Restart the machine.
Note: It may be necessary to hold down the power button on the machine to turn it off.
- Power on the machine again to see if it will allow the account to sign in.
- If you are not able to sign in, please contact the ITS Service Desk or submit a service request by clicking the Request Service button.
