Why would I request this service?

Note: Please indicate the urgency of your issue and if a technician can come into your class to troubleshoot in the description field.

Utilize this request if you need to report an issue experienced with technology in a classroom.

Example Requests:

  • Computer not booting
  • Unresponsive keyboard/mouse
  • Non-functioning audio/video
  • Non-functioning projector

 

Who can request this service?

  • Faculty
  • Staff
  • Students

 

What happens after I submit the request?

You will receive an email confirming that you entered the request. WKU ITS will follow-up with you once they have more information for you.
