How do I send an email to the Faculty-All and Staff-All mailing lists?

Environment

Resolution

By WKU ITS Policy you cannot send a forwarded message nor a reply message to these lists. Forwarded or reply messages will not be sent through these lists. 
Shared mailbox WKU email accounts cannot send to these lists by default; however, approval to allow a specific account to send can be requested through ITS.  Once approved, messages from that specific account will always be allowed to deliver to the lists.  

Faculty-All List

To send an email to the Faculty-All list address the email to faculty-all@wku.edu. You must have an Exchange account (@wku.edu email) in order to send a message to this list.

Staff-All List

To send an email to the Staff-All list address the email to staff-all@wku.edu. You must have an Exchange account (@wku.edu email) in order to send a message to this list.
