How can I send a print job from my personal device to an on-campus Student Technology Center (STC) printer?

Resolution

Only current faculty, staff, and students are eligible to use printers in a Student Technology Center; alumni and retirees are ineligible.

You must be on the WKU network, such as WKU-SECURE WiFi or using an ethernet connection or connected to the WKU VPN, in order to access the WKU printers and the information contained below.

Some third party VPN or firewall apps/software can interfere with your device being able to see or use these printers.  If you experience any issues, try temporarily turning off or disabling such software.

If you are experiencing issues printing, please contact the ITS Service Desk.
