Resetting a TopperMail Email Password

Issue/Question

How do I reset my TopperMail email password?

Resolution

  1. Log in to WKU Account Management.
  2. Fill in your last name, birth date, and last 4 digits of your Social Security Number.
    Note: If you do not have a Social Security Number use the last 4 digits of your WKUID.
  3. Click Next.
  4. If you previously setup a security question and answer, you will be prompted to fill in the answer.  If a security question is not setup, you will be prompted to create one.
  5. Click Submit Security Answer.
  6. Click Reset TopperMail Password.
  7. Fill in a new password.
  8. Click Change Password.

Note: The Account Management page will not work for Alumni who have not enrolled since 1990 or individuals with incorrect information on file with WKU (last name, birth date, and last 4 of Social Security Number).  If your information is not working, follow steps in this article
