How do I access InfoView?

Resolution

All users must log into the WKU VPN prior to accessing InfoView. 
Optional training is available in Blackboard under Tools, ITS: InfoView Training. 
  1. Navigate to https://boe.wku.edu.
  2. Enter your NetID and Password.
  3. Ensure Authentication is Windows AD.
  4. Click Log On.
