Issue/Question

How do I set up the Cisco AnyConnect VPN for the first time?

Environment

    • Cisco AnyConnect VPN

Resolution

There are several ways to authenticate in the "Second Password" field. If you prefer to use Duo Push notification, you may enter in Push for the second password. Alternatively, you may enter SMS for to receive a series of login codes via text message or you may use Phone to authenticate via phone call.
