Issue/Question
When I try to access Electronic Imaged Documents on TopNet, such as a student transcript, I receive the following error message:
This type of document is only available when you are connected directly to WKU-SECURE or a wired connection on the WKU campus network.
Resolution
Those who have access to view these documents on TopNet must be connected to WKU-SECURE or a wired connection on the WKU campus network. If off campus, a VPN connection must be used to access these documents.
