Requesting VPN Access


How do I request Cisco AnyConnect VPN access?


Cisco AnyConnect VPN is used for accessing special ITS sites and systems remotely and securely.


Please submit a service request or contact the ITS Service Desk.

You will need to provide the following information:

  • If you have a smart phone, what kind of phone it is (e.g. iPhone, Android, or Windows Phone).
  • If you have a smart phone, what the phone number is for it.
  • What IT sites/systems you need to access.
  • Your supervisor's name, email address and phone number.
