Reporting a Compromised Account

Issue/Question

I believe that the account of someone I know has been compromised. Can you fix it for them?

• WKU TopperMail

Resolution

WKU ITS does not contact individuals directly regarding their account status. Please ask this person to contact the ITS Service Desk.

WKU ITS will take the following steps with the person when they contact us:

• Faculty & Staff
• Student
