How do I use the Cisco Secure Client VPN device on my device?
Environment
- Cisco Secure Client VPN
- Android Device
- iOS Device
Resolution
- Download Cisco Secure Client app from Play Store.
- Open Cisco Secure Client app.
- Slide Cisco Secure Client VPN button to On position.
- Fill in your WKU Email.
- Tap Next.
- Fill in your Password.
- Tap Sign in.
- Verify your identity by using Microsoft Authenticator app or your Yubico key fob.
- Tap Ok.
- You should now be connected to Cisco VPN.
- Open Cisco Secure Client app.
- Slide Cisco Secure Client VPN button to On position.
- Fill in your WKU Email.
- Tap Next.
- Fill in your Password.
- Tap Sign in.
- Verify your identity by using Microsoft Authenticator app or your Yubico key fob.
- You should now be connected to Cisco VPN.
