How do I sign into Cisco Finesse?

Environment

• Cisco Finesse

Resolution

1. Navigate to Cisco Finesse in the browser.
2. Enter your NetID, NetID password, and primary extension.
    Note: Student workers within the Admissions and Student Financial Assistance call centers will not sign in with their NetID and password. Instead, they will sign in using the 5 digit extension they have been assigned as the username, password, and extension.
3. Click Sign In.
