How do I sign out of Cisco Finesse?
Resolution
The computer you log into must be using a wired connection in the same building as the call center.
Navigate to the top left corner of the
Cisco Finesse
web page
.
Select the
drop-down
menu
to the right of the
Cisco icon.
Ensure that your state is set to
Not Ready
.
Click the
Sign Out
button in the top right corner of the web page.
