How do I log into Finesse?
Resolution
The computer you log into must be using a wired connection in the same building as the call center.
Open a web browser.
Navigate to
cuccx1.wku.edu:8445/desktop/
in the browser.
Enter your
NetID
,
NetID
password
, and
primary extension
.
Note:
Student workers within the Admissions and Student Financial Assistance call centers will not sign in with their NetID and password. Instead, they will sign in using the 5 digit extension they have been assigned as the username, password, and extension.
