How do I request feature activation on my WKU office phone?

Environment

  • WKU Cisco Phone

Resolution

Available Features:

  • Voicemail - Setup a new voicemail inbox on an existing line.
  • Busy Indicator - Replaces a speed dial button with a busy lamp field that indicates if the user is available or on a call.
  • Call Forwarding - Send incoming calls to another phone number (press Forward All, enter 5-digit campus extension or 10-digit local phone number).
  • Call Pick-Up - Enable the ability to answer another phone line by pressing the Pickup button.
  • International Calling - Enable the ability to make international calls from existing line.  This requires department head approval.
