Affiliates, Faculty, Staff, and Students may utilize this request if you need any ITS assistance regarding WKU wired and Wi-Fi networks, phones and voice services, and cable television services. Some examples include:

  • Wired and Wi-Fi Network
    • Report issue with wireless network (ex., WKU-Guest, WKU-Wireless, or WKU-Secure).
    • Request fixed IP Address for non-printer device.
    • Request new or report issue with data port.
    • Request new network cable.
    • Report issue registering game console or internet-ready device.
    • Report issue with the outdoor emergency warning system.
  • Campus Phone or Voice
    • Activate or disconnect phone or fax line.
    • Relocate phone or fax line.
    • Request phone features or telephone accessories.

    • Modify caller ID.
    • Modify call center.
    • Request new or report issue with Cisco Jabber.
    • Report phone or voice issue.
    • Update emergency notification system texts.
